Fire Fighting Coordinator

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Fire Fighting Coordinator to join our client's team.

The Fire Fighting Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the servicing, installation, repair and certification of firefighting equipment. The role combines technical coordination, job scheduling, client communication, quality control and administrative support. The successful candidate will work closely with technicians and customers to ensure that servicing activities are completed efficiently, accurately and in line with required standards and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily servicing activities, schedule jobs for technicians, set priorities and monitor progress through to completion.
• Support technicians with the information and resources required while acting as the main point of contact for operational queries.
• Conduct on-site checks, monitor preventive and corrective works, and support compliance with internal procedures and relevant firefighting standards.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, agreements, certifications, payments and other client-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate servicing records, prepare reports and ensure clear communication with clients and internal teams.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum MQF Level 5 diploma in a relevant technical discipline, such as Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Previous experience in a technical coordination role, preferably within fire & security, building services or facilities management.
• Ability to coordinate teams and read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills, with good proficiency in office and servicing management systems.
• Fluency in English and a valid driving licence; knowledge of Maltese and firefighting equipment or servicing standards will be considered an advantage.
