Weareseekingastrategicandcommerciallymindedfinanceleadertoserveas VP,HeadofFinancialPlanning&Analysis(FP&A),AsiaandChief Financial Officer, EmergingMarkets. This highly visible role partners closelywiththeAsiaCEO,AsiaCFO,GlobalFP&Aleadership,andtheEmergingMarketsGeneralManagertodrivefinancialperformance,strategicplanning,andbusinessgrowthacrosstheAsiaregion.

As a key member of both the Asia Finance Leadership Team andEmergingMarketsLeadershipTeam,thesuccessfulcandidatewillprovidefinancialleadership,actionableinsights,anddecisionsupportforoneofthecompany'smostimportantgrowthregions.

KeyResponsibilities

StrategicFinanceLeadership

• Leadregionalfinancialplanning,budgeting,forecasting,andperformancemanagementprocesses.
• Providestrategicinsightsandrecommendationstosupportgrowth,profitability,andcapitalallocationdecisions.
• Partnerwithseniorexecutivestoalignfinancialstrategywithbusinessobjectives.

PerformanceManagement&BusinessInsights

• MonitorfinancialperformanceacrossAsiamarkets,identifyingrisksandopportunities.
• Leadmonthlybusinessreviewsanddeliverfinancialinsightstoregionalandgloballeadership.
• Developperformancemetrics,managementreporting,andexecutivedashboardstosupportdecision-making.

CFO,EmergingMarkets

• ServeasthetrustedfinancepartnertotheGM,EmergingMarkets.
• Providestrategicfinancialguidanceonbusinessperformance,growthinitiatives,andinvestmentdecisions.
• LeadandcoordinatefinanceactivitiesacrossEmergingMarkets.

BusinessPartnering

• CollaboratewithcountryCFOsandbusinessleadersonstrategicinitiatives,includingmarketexpansion,transformation,andproductgrowth.
• Deliverscenarioanalysisandfinancialmodelingtosupportkeybusinessdecisions.

Transformation&OperationalExcellence

• DrivecontinuousimprovementofFP&Aprocesses,systems,andreportingcapabilities.
• Championtheuseofanalytics,automation,anddigitaltoolstoimprovefinanceeffectivenessandefficiency.

Leadership

• Leadanddevelopahigh-performingregionalFP&AandEmergingMarketsfinanceorganization.
• Fostercollaboration,innovation,andaccountabilityacrossteamsandstakeholders.

Governance&Compliance

• Ensureadherencetofinancialcontrols,policies,andregulatoryrequirementsacrosstheregion.
• Supporteffectivefinancialreporting,auditreadiness,andriskmanagementpractices.

Qualifications

• 15+yearsofprogressivefinanceleadershipexperienceininsuranceorfinancialservices.
• ProventrackrecordleadingregionalorglobalFP&Afunctionswithinacomplex,matrixedorganization.
• Strongunderstandingofinsuranceindustryfinancialdrivers,planningprocesses,andperformancemanagement.
• Demonstratedabilitytoinfluenceseniorexecutivesanddrivestrategicdecision-making.
• DeepknowledgeofAsianmarketsandregulatoryenvironments.
• Exceptionalanalytical,communication,stakeholdermanagement,andleadershipskills.
• MBA,CPA,CFA,orequivalentprofessionalqualificationpreferred.
