  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement secure cloud architectures and strengthen infrastructure security standards.

  • Coordinate infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and service implementations to minimize downtime and operational disruption.

  • Establish technical requirements, acceptance criteria, and implementation priorities in collaboration with mission stakeholders and engineering teams.

  • Troubleshoot Linux-based systems, networking configurations, cloud services, and containerized applications.

  • Implement and improve automation, monitoring coverage, operational procedures, and infrastructure documentation.

  • Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and recommend improvements to infrastructure reliability, scalability, and mission effectiveness.

  • Support multidisciplinary engineering teams by applying systems engineering principles, software development fundamentals, and cloud architecture best practices.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting containerized applications and Kubernetes environments.

  • Experience implementing cloud monitoring, logging, alerting, and infrastructure performance optimization.

  • Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, subnets, and secure connectivity.

  • Familiarity with software engineering fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming concepts.

  • Experience identifying infrastructure risks, resolving technical issues, and implementing improvements to system reliability and availability.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across engineering, security, and mission teams.

Desired:
