Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Financial Controller to oversee financial operations, drive financial planning, and ensure effective financial management and control.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee treasury operations, cash flow, and liquidity management.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Identify financial risks and recommend measures to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Support management with financial insights and recommendations.
• Prepare and review operational and financial reports.
• Monitor financial performance, costs, and budget variances.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal control policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Professional qualifications: ICAN and CFA.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in financial control, financial management, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in financial reporting tools and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong skills in operational reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting, and treasury management.
