Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end product design from discovery to delivery.
• Drive product strategy with PMs and Engineering.
• Translate business goals into intuitive user experiences.
• Design scalable enterprise workflows, dashboards, admin systems, governance, security, and AI experiences.
• Conduct research, usability testing, workflow analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Define information architecture and interaction models.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to influence product decisions.
• Define success metrics and evaluate business impact.
• Collaborate with customers to validate solutions.
• Mentor designers and contribute to the design system.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in Product Design.
• Strong Product Thinking, Systems Thinking, Strategic Thinking, and Business Thinking.
• Experience designing complex B2B/Enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Strong Information Architecture, Interaction Design, UX, and workflow optimisation skills.
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Experience driving measurable business outcomes and product metrics.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with AI-assisted products/workflows is preferred.
• Expertise in Figma, prototyping, and scalable design systems.
• Excellent communication and design rationale presentation skills.
