The role:

As a Production Supervisor, you will help drive our goals by:

• Leading safe production operations and ensuring compliance with site, corporate and regulatory safety standards.

• Coordinating staffing,schedulesand resources to achieve production,qualityand on-time delivery targets.

• Driving operational efficiency through the application of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement activities.

• Maintaining accountability for in-process precious metal materials, including security and inventory control.

• Supporting employee development through training, performanceguidanceand workforce planning.

• Working with maintenance and leadership teams to improve equipment reliability,productivityand operational performance.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; an Engineering or Technical qualification isadvantageous.

• Experience supervising teams within a manufacturing or production environment.

• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing tools and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to lead,motivateand coordinate shift-based teams effectively.

• Flexibility to train across shifts and work a 2nd shift schedule (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM).
