Role Overview: The Product Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing and reporting product performance across all product verticals and customer channels. Using available tools such as FullStory, Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau and other relevant analytics platforms, this role provides clear insight into user behavior, product performance, journey bottlenecks, feature adoption and commercial impact. The role works closely with all Product Managers and Business Intelligence, as well as key business stakeholders across Sportsbook, Casino & Gaming, Payments, Online, Retail, Promotions & Loyalty and other related product areas. The Product Analyst ensures that product and business teams have ongoing visibility into what is happening across all channels, supports data-driven prioritization and identifies opportunities for product improvements, optimization and growth.

Responsibilities: Product Performance Monitoring Monitor and analyse performance across all product verticals, channels and customer journeys. Track key product KPIs such as conversion, retention, engagement, churn, feature adoption, revenue contribution, drop-off points and funnel performance. Identify behavioural patterns, usage trends and anomalies across digital and retail journeys where relevant. Provide regular visibility into product health, trends, issues and opportunities. User Behaviour & Journey Analysis Use tools such as FullStory, Google Analytics and similar platforms to analyse how customers interact with products and channels. Identify friction points, user drop-offs, journey inefficiencies and navigation issues. Analyse the impact of product changes, launches, experiments and UX improvements. Support the understanding of customer journeys across acquisition, registration, verification, deposit, betting/gaming activity, loyalty and retention stages. Cross-Functional Product Support Work closely with all Product Managers to support roadmap decisions, feature prioritization and post-release evaluation. Partner with business stakeholders across all product verticals to understand business questions and convert them into meaningful analysis. Support Product, Commercial, CRM, Marketing, Operations and other teams with actionable insights related to channel and product performance. Act as a bridge between Product, BI and Data teams where deeper reporting or data modelling is needed. Reporting & Insights Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards and presentations for product and business stakeholders. Translate complex data into clear recommendations and business-relevant conclusions. Ensure that all relevant teams understand what is happening across channels and where action is needed. Support business case creation, forecasting inputs and impact assessments for product initiatives. Optimisation & Improvement Identify opportunities for product improvements, commercial optimisation and better user experience. Support A/B tests, experiments, pilot analyses and post-implementation reviews. Track competitor benchmarks, market trends and changes in customer behaviour where relevant. Contribute to the development of a more structured product performance framework across the organisation. Zahtevi Requirements: 3+ years of experience in product analytics, digital analytics, BI or a similar analytical role. Strong experience with analytics and behavioral tools such as FullStory, Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau or similar. Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, funnels, product performance measurement and behavioral analysis. Ability to work across multiple product domains and switch between strategic and operational topics. Experience supporting Product Managers and business stakeholders with insights and performance reporting. Strong analytical thinking and ability to turn data into actionable recommendations. Good understanding of KPIs related to digital products, customer behavior, conversion, retention and performance. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
