Missions

  • Réaliser l’analyse mensuelle des états financiers des franchisés (P&L, bilans, dettes) et formuler des recommandations.
  • Accompagner les conseillers financiers régionaux dans l’utilisation des outils, l’application des processus, la mise à jour de la documentation.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres départements afin d’assurer une pédagogie cohérente et un alignement solide sur les sujets financiers stratégiques.
