En tant que Business Developer, vous serez responsable de l'identification et de la prospection de nouveaux clients, en vous concentrant sur la vente et la conversion. Vous bénéficierez d'une formation complète et d'un système de commissions et de primes pour valoriser votre performance.

Missions

  • Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux clients par téléphone pour proposer des solutions de communication.
  • Traiter et convertir les rendez-vous qualifiés transmis par l'équipe Leadgen, et effectuer une veille active sur le marché.
  • Mettre à jour et gérer rigoureusement le CRM (HubSpot) avec les informations recueillies, et suivre l'ensemble de vos tâches et opportunités.

Profil recherché

  • Vous êtes ambitieux(se) et aimez travailler en équipe.
  • Vous avez une expérience réussie en prospection commerciale (stages et alternances inclus).
  • Vous êtes passionné(e) par la vente et motivé(e) par les défis.
  • Vous avez d’excellentes compétences en communication (orale et écrite).
  • Vous êtes issu(e) d’une école de commerce, d’une formation en vente ou d’un cursus équivalent (IUT/BTS/Licence commerciale).
