Tech Lead - Backend Engineer

As a Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading and guiding the technical aspects of projects and teams within the organisation. With 5 to 8 years of experience in the field, you are expected to possess a diverse skill set that includes expertise in AI Orchestration and Agentic Design, Systems Thinking, Performance Engineering, and proficiency in programming languages like Java, GoLang, NodeJS.
