Η Mellon Technologies, εκ μέρους μεγάλου Χρηματοπιστωτικού Οργανισμού στη Αθήνα, αναζητά Relocation Project Coordinator, ο οποίος θα υποστηρίξει τη Διεύθυνση Οργάνωσης στην υλοποίηση του Relocation Masterplan και στη μεταστέγαση Κεντρικών Υπηρεσιών.
Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:
- Συντονισμός και παρακολούθηση των μετακινήσεων Μονάδων και εξοπλισμού.
- Καταγραφή, σήμανση και έλεγχος επίπλωσης, κιβωτίων και λοιπού εξοπλισμού.
- Συντονισμός με στελέχη των Μονάδων, μεταφορικές εταιρείες, τεχνικούς και συνεργεία καθαρισμού.
- Εποπτεία της μεταφοράς και ορθής τοποθέτησης επίπλωσης και εξοπλισμού βάσει εγκεκριμένων σχεδίων.
- Παρακολούθηση χρονοδιαγράμματος, καταγραφή εκκρεμοτήτων και σύνταξη reports προς τη Διεύθυνση Οργάνωσης.
- Άμεση αναφορά και διαχείριση θεμάτων που προκύπτουν κατά την υλοποίηση του έργου.
Requirements
- Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΑΤΕΙ, κατά προτίμηση σε Οργάνωση & Διοίκηση, Logistics, Project Management ή συναφή κλάδο.
- Εμπειρία σε Project Coordination, Logistics, Facility Management ή Relocation projects.
- Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office και ιδιαίτερα Excel.
- Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών.
- Οργανωτικότητα, συνέπεια, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.
- Ικανότητα συντονισμού πολλαπλών εμπλεκόμενων μερών και εργασίας με αυστηρά χρονοδιαγράμματα.
- Ιδιωτικό μεταφορικό μέσο για περιοδικές μετακινήσεις σε κτήρια της Αττικής.
