Mid-Level MarTech Analyst

MB | Mercado Bitcoin is looking for a Mid Level MarTech Analyst to build and maintain marketing and product measurement, data collection, attribution, automation, and decision dashboards.

You will design and maintain measurement architecture for web and app, including tagging plans, data layers, event taxonomies, and documentation. You will implement server-side integrations with media platforms and MMPs, operate CDP audiences and synchronizations, and govern CRM event ingestion.

You will structure product analytics, funnels, cohorts, activation, retention, and attribution from click through deposit and revenue. You will build BigQuery pipelines, quality tests, monitoring, automated controls, and dashboards. You will act as the technical measurement reference for Growth, Product, Engineering, CRM, and Data.

• Design and maintain web and app tagging plans and data layers
• Define event taxonomies, naming conventions, and event dictionaries
• Implement and maintain server-side integrations with media platforms and MMPs
• Model and operate CDP audiences and synchronizations across the data warehouse, media platforms, and CRM
• Structure and maintain product analytics instrumentation, funnels, cohorts, activation, and retention metrics
• Maintain attribution models and reconcile media performance across platforms, MMPs, and BigQuery
• Build BigQuery pipelines, data-quality tests, event monitoring, alerts, and decision dashboards
• Serve as the technical measurement reference for Growth, Product, Engineering, CRM, and Data

• Degree in engineering, computer science, marketing, business administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in digital analytics, MarTech, measurement, or growth analytics with direct implementation responsibility
• Hands-on GA4 and Google Tag Manager experience, including debugging data layers, firing order, duplicates, missing events, and source discrepancies
• Understanding of paid-media ecosystems and conversion paths
• Ability to organize and document implementations for maintainability
• Ability to investigate anomalous metrics and identify root causes
