Executive - IT Infrastructure
(2) JOB PROFILE
Monitor and support day-to-day data center operations, including servers and VMware infrastructure.
Manage centralized data backup operations and support recovery activities.
Administer and support Microsoft 365, Windows and Linux environments.
Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and ensure availability of critical IT services.
Maintain infrastructure documentation and coordinate with technology vendors.
Identify IT infrastructure requirements, evaluate solutions, negotiate with vendors and recommend suitable technologies.
() JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in IT infrastructure/network administration.
Knowledge of VMware, networking, firewalls, cloud technologies, endpoint security, Linux and Microsoft 365.
CCNA, Microsoft/Azure or VMware certifications would be an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle critical IT issues.
Good communication, vendor and stakeholder-management skills.
Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
