Digital Analytics & Measurement

• Lead the design, development and optimisation of analytics solutions using Adobe Analytics and/or Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• Develop complex analyses beyond standard reporting to uncover actionable business insights and opportunities.
• Create measurement frameworks, KPIs and dashboards aligned to business objectives.
• Analyse user behavior across digital channels to identify trends, customer journey friction points and optimisation opportunities.

Tracking & Implementation

• Own and maintain digital tracking frameworks, ensuring accurate and consistent data collection across websites and digital platforms.
• Design and manage event tracking strategies, data layers and tagging requirements.
• Oversee implementation and configuration of Adobe Tags and associated tracking technologies.
• Investigate and resolve tracking issues, data discrepancies and data quality concerns.

Marketing & Campaign Measurement

• Partner with Marketing teams to establish measurement plans for campaigns and digital initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve engagement, conversion and customer outcomes.
• Deliver analysis on customer acquisition, engagement, retention and conversion journeys.
• Support attribution and performance reporting requirements across digital marketing activities.

Stakeholder Management, Reporting & Insights

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective analytics solutions.
• Build and maintain regular reporting suites, dashboards and insight packs.
• Translate data into clear narratives, business recommendations and senior-stakeholder updates.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to define measurement and tracking requirements.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to analytics governance standards, tracking conventions and QA processes.
• Establish and maintain documentation for tracking specifications, implementation standards and measurement frameworks.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, privacy standards and internal data governance policies.
• Champion data quality and continuous improvement across digital analytics processes.
