Coordinate and collaborate with Equipment/Process/NPI engineer to identify gap and work toward the closure of the gap.
- Kick off meeting with New Product transfer Pilot site and Fanout for 5M1E comparison checklist.
- Prepare and setup review sessions with respective process, equipment, manufacturing area owners to identify the copy exact and difference between Pilot site and Fanout site.
- Work with site and central team to close all the gaps identified throughout the 5M1E checklist.
- Summarize the copy exact status and monitoring the KPI assigned to the Fanout site.
Manufacturing Change Event Standardization and Monitoring
- Standardization the change event setup check item and buy off check item across network.
- Design the step by step in automation system for equipment technician to follow when change event triggers.
- Plan and execute the roadmap for change event automation system.
- Plan and finalize Manufacturing Change event monitoring dashboard.
