ITIL Foundation certification would be an added advantage.

Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within an IT or TechOps environment.

Advanced proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software. (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power Bl)
Understanding of ITIL framework and service management.

Ability to ensure documentation is comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date.

Communicate effectively and manage stakeholders at all levels.
