Our Customer Engagement Team (CET) is responsible for managing a portfolio of executive-level programs and a network of state-of-art centers designed to deepen customer and partner relationships, accelerate cloud growth, and inspire through the art of the possible.
We’re seeking a CustomerEngagement Program Managerfor our Experience Center Asia in Singapore.Our program engages enterprise customers and partners atour center and through digital briefings. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality briefings to leading strategic, insight-driven engagement programs that help accelerate customer outcomes, strengthen account relationships, and influence measurable business impact.
Youwill work closely with global sales teams to understand our customers’ needs and design high-impact briefingagendas, bringing together the right content, speakers, and immersive experiences to delight our customers, strengthening their trust in Microsoft to increase the adoption of Microsoft’s solutions. You will do this as part of a team committed to Microsoft’s culture and an inclusive environment. This role will provide career development through visibility to the breadth of Microsoft’s solutions, executives, and global customers.
Responsibilities
- Apply understanding of Microsoft’s breadth solutions and customer goals, taking a consultative approach, to ensure they align with account strategy.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end management of executive briefings in partnership with account, content, speakers, and operations teams, while prioritizing the best possible customer experience & outcomes
- Drive the strategy and execution of the executive briefing program to achieve the Center’s business goals.
- Drive demand for Microsoft’s customer engagement programs with internal stakeholders and sellers, demonstrating benefits across the customer journey and for increased business impact.
- Contribute to continuously improve our briefing programs, using business intelligence and feedback to proactively identify areas of opportunity to improve across processes and systems to increase impact.
- Source the right speakers for the right customer engagements and topics, ensuring a healthy speaker pool is maintained to support the breadth of engagements.
- Support inclusion of a global audience with an understanding of political, economic, and cultural norms.
- Build strong relationships with account teams & Stakeholder management to ensure Regional alignment of go to market across industries and solution areas in order to add value to broader sales strategies
- Intentionally leverage AI, agents, Voice of Customer signals and global best practices to reduce manual effort, increase consistency, and create more capacity for high-value customer and stakeholder work.
Qualifications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
- Track record of stakeholder management and operational excellence with ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously, demonstrating resourcefulness in resolving issues, ability to prioritize, and detail orientation.
- Proactively manage and mitigate risks, conflict & misalignment with the customer outcomes in mind
- Strong interpersonal skills to work across groups from account executive to Senior Business group leaders.
- Foundational understanding of enterprise technology trends such as digital transformation and cloud computing and/or Microsoft’s enterprise solutions.
- Strong executive level communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Must be a self-starter who takes ownership of opportunities, sets clear direction with account teams, and deals well with ambiguity and last-minute changes.
Additional or preferred qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 12+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
