As a Data Strategy & Analytics Specialist 1, you will:

• Manage digital media, third-party, and client datasets across multiple cross-channel accounts.
  
• Unify and transform disparate data sources into clear visualizations, interactive dashboards, and customized client reports aligned with business objectives.
  
• Partner with clients and internal cross-functional teams to translate overarching marketing and business goals into actionable analytics solutions.
  
• Develop high-impact visual dashboards using business intelligence platforms and presentation software, ensuring robust back-end data hygiene and tracking reliability.
  
• Audit and troubleshoot reporting infrastructure to quickly identify and resolve campaign tracking issues or data discrepancies.
  
• Analyze digital campaign performance across search, social, display, and video channels to extract insights that optimize media impact.
  

• Strong proficiency in SQL with hands-on capability to query and manipulate large datasets.
  
• Exceptional bilingual communication skills, fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel and demonstrated quantitative problem-solving skills.
  
• Genuine interest in digital media, ad-tech platforms, and marketing performance analytics.
  
• Proven ability to prioritize competing tasks independently, maintain high attention to detail, and thrive in an agile team environment.
  

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, technical, or analytical field (e.g., Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing, or Business).
  
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms (e.g., Salesforce Datorama, Looker / Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI).
  
• Familiarity with online advertising platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, SA360, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics 4).
  
• Working knowledge of scripting or programming languages for advanced data workflows (e.g., Python, R).
