Reporting to the Analytics Manager, you’ll be a senior individual contributor working across Product, Growth, Casino, Sportsbook, Commercial, Trading and Account Services.
This is a broad role for someone with a strong BI background who enjoys moving between hands-on delivery, strategic analysis and stakeholder partnership. You’ll take ambiguous business questions, turn them into structured analytical plans and communicate clear, commercially actionable recommendations.
You’ll have plenty of autonomy and the opportunity to shape how analytics is used as Midnite continues to grow.
What you’ll be doing
Building high-quality dashboards and reporting in Omni.
Creating self-serve tools that help stakeholders explore data and answer questions independently.
Translating stakeholder needs into clear technical briefs, analytical frameworks and delivery plans.
Supporting strategic projects across customer intelligence, product analytics, experimentation and growth.
Contributing to our Customer Intelligence Framework through customer segmentation, behavioural analysis and lifecycle insight.
Partnering with Product teams on experimentation and A/B testing.
Identifying commercial opportunities, customer trends and potential risks.
Presenting findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Helping improve the consistency and usability of BI across the business.
Supporting the expansion of our analytics capabilities into new markets.
The next Midniter :
5+ years of data analytics experience, ideally in betting, gaming, or another fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong experience building BI reporting, dashboards and self-serve analytics.
Proven ability to turn customer, product, or commercial analysis into measurable business impact through effective partnership with senior, non-technical stakeholders.
Technical Skills
Advanced SQL capability.
Strong BI experience, ideally with Omni or Looker; Power BI-only experience is less aligned.
Experience with experimentation and A/B testing analysis.
Exposure to analytics engineering and dbt methodologies.
Experience translating stakeholder needs into technical briefs and scalable analytical outputs.
Python experience is nice to have.
Conversational or natural-language analytics experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
