Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Pasante Back Office para desarrollar funciones acordes a su necesidad.
Dirección: COPS
Ubicación: Ecuador, Quito
Misión de rol
Apoyar las tareas operativas del área de soporte comercial y Back Office.
Funciones Asociadas al Rol
Reportes y dashboards de los distintos procesos de BackOffice.
Seguimiento de KPIs proveedor BackOffice.
Identificar y solucionar casos de errores del proveedor.
Soporte gestión operativa a comerciales
Recepción y registro de documentos
Gestión y elaboración de oficios.
Envió de respuestas de documentos vía correo e impresión y despacho de oficio
Requisitos Indispensables
Educación: Estudiantes de últimos semestres de carreras de Administración, Finanzas, Marketing y/o afines.
Contar con manejo de Word y Power Point intermedio. Excluyente
Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Excel
Manejo de base de datos
Contar con experiencia previa mínima de 6 meses
