Power BI Visualization Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Visualization Engineer to design and deliver business-driven dashboards and semantic models that enable actionable insights at scale. This role is not a traditional data engineering position -it focuses on Power BI expertise, data modeling, performance optimization, and stakeholder engagement to ensure high-quality, visually compelling reporting solutions for business users.

Requirements

• Deliver impactful, business-oriented dashboards using Power BI Desktop and Service.
• Build and optimize semantic data models (star schema, relationships) for BI performance and accuracy.
• Create advanced DAX measures, ensuring calculation correctness, context awareness, and query performance.
• Work directly with stakeholders: gather requirements, define KPI frameworks, and translate them into actionable visual insights.
• Enable self-service BI and ensure best practices in design for readability, aesthetics, and scalability.
• Work with SQL-based data sources (data warehouses) to prepare and optimize data for reporting.
