We’re looking for detail-oriented QA Engineers to join a high-performing Quality Engineering team, ensuring end-to-end quality for our next-generation SaaS/BaaS platform. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full QA lifecycle, delivering robust, secure, and resilient product experiences for customers in a complex, microservices-driven environment.

Requirements

• Plan, design, and execute comprehensive end-to-end test strategies for new features and existing functionalities.
• Create and maintain reusable test scripts and manage effective test data coverage.
• Prepare and manage detailed defect reports, triaging issues, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating with technical teams.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues by analysing logs and using appropriate tools.
• Balance testing coverage with fast-paced release cycles without compromising quality.
• Engage in UAT processes with clients, ensuring smooth communication and detailed feedback reporting.
• Uphold engineering quality standards; share findings and best practices with development teams to enhance QA maturity.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BrowserStack or similar test platforms and mobile simulators.
• Understanding of web technologies, RESTful APIs, and integration testing best practices.
• Familiarity with the Test Pyramid, automated testing concepts, and CI/CD environments.
