Mirantis is an American infrastructure software company founded in 1999 that helps enterprises run container and cloud platforms on their own hardware rather than on public cloud. It began as an OpenStack specialist, acquired Docker Enterprise in 2019 and now sells Kubernetes distributions, container runtimes and managed services aimed at organisations with regulatory, cost or latency reasons to keep workloads in their own data centres. Headquartered in Campbell, California with a substantial engineering presence in eastern Europe, it competes with Red Hat and the cloud providers' own managed offerings.

Mirantis helps organizations ship code faster on public and private clouds. The company provides a public cloud experience on any infrastructure from the data center to the edge. With Lens and the Mirantis Cloud Native Platform, Mirantis empowers a new breed of Kubernetes developers by removing infrastructure and operations complexity and providing one cohesive cloud experience for complete app and devops portability, a single pane of glass, and automated full-stack lifecycle management with continuous updates.

Mirantis serves many of the world’s leading enterprises, including Adobe, DocuSign, Liberty Mutual, PayPal, Reliance Jio, Societe Generale, Splunk, and Volkswagen. Learn more at www.mirantis.com.

These solutions include Mirantis Container Cloud, Mirantis Kubernetes Engine, Mirantis Secure Registry, and Mirantis Container Runtime.

You’ll be the client’s key contact, handling important conversations, keeping billing, admin, and contracts on track, and stepping in with a calm head if the unexpected happens. A big part of your role is communicating and keeping people aligned both internally and externally. Running client meetings and syncs, showing clients how their setup is performing with real numbers, and flagging potential concerns based on what the data is telling you. Internally you’ll act as the central link between our tech, product, and finance teams to make sure client onboardings, handoffs, and everyday requests are dealt with effectively.
