SDE 3

We are looking for a highly skilled Golang SDE 3 to join our engineering team. This role requires strong backend development expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to design scalable systems. You will work on high-impact products and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang.
• Build high-performance, reliable, and secure microservices.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and efficiency.
• Participate in system design discussions and architecture decisions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in backend development.
• Strong hands-on experience in Golang.
• Solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, distributed systems, and system design.
• Familiarity with databases like MySQL/PostgreSQL and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Exposure to high-scale systems and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Prior experience in product-based companies.
