We are looking for a highly skilled SDE3 - Golang Engineer to build scalable, high-performance backend systems for our FinTech / Trading platforms. You will work on low-latency systems, real-time data processing, and mission-critical financial applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop highly scalable backend systems using Golang.
  • Build low-latency, high-throughput services for trading and financial transactions.
  • Work on real-time data streaming, order management systems, and trading engines.
  • Collaborate with product, quant, and frontend teams to deliver robust solutions.
  • Optimize performance, reliability, and system efficiency.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
  • Mentor junior engineers and drive engineering best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5-9 years of backend development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Golang (must-have).
  • Experience with microservices architecture and REST/gRPC APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with high-performance systems and concurrency.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
  • Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL like Redis, Cassandra).
  • Familiarity with message queues / streaming systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
