We are looking for a highly skilled SDE-3 (Java Backend Engineer) to design and build scalable, high-performance backend systems. You will play a key role in system architecture, mentoring junior engineers, and driving engineering excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Build robust RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
  • Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Work closely with product, frontend, and DevOps teams.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Java (8/11/17) and Spring Boot / Spring Framework.
  • Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture.
  • Experience with REST APIs, Kafka/RabbitMQ (event-driven systems).
  • Hands-on with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc. ).
  • Knowledge of System Design, Data Structures and Algorithms.
  • Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in high-scale systems (B2C / FinTech / E-commerce).
  • Exposure to caching (Redis), search (Elasticsearch).
  • Understanding of distributed systems and scalability patterns.
