Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product roadmap for assigned game features from ideation to launch and post-launch iteration.
• Translate player insights, game analytics, and business goals into crisp product requirements and user stories.
• Work closely with design, engineering, and QA to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
• Define KPIs, set up A/B tests, and monitor metrics DAU, retention, ARPU, and LTV to evaluate feature performance.
• Identify monetisation opportunities and design balanced in-game economies that delight players while driving revenue.
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay up-to-date on mobile gaming trends, particularly in casual and mid-core genres.
• Communicate product decisions clearly to stakeholders and facilitate productive sprint planning and review meetings.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of product management experience, preferably in mobile gaming, consumer apps, or entertainment tech.
• Strong analytical mindset comfortable with SQL, dashboards (Firebase, GameAnalytics, Mixpanel), and interpreting funnel data.
• Demonstrated experience running A/B experiments and making data-backed decisions at pace.
• Solid understanding of mobile game loops, meta-game design, and monetisation models (IAP, ads, subscriptions).
• Exceptional communication skills, able to write clear PRDs and present confidently to cross-functional teams.
• Highly organised with an ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
