Job Summary

The Senior Pre-Sales Engineer provides technical expertise and solution design support for enterprise server and storage projects. The role involves engaging with clients, preparing proposals, conducting demonstrations, and ensuring solutions meet customer requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver technical pre-sales support including solution design, presentations, and proof-of-concepts.

· Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.

· Prepare technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution documentation.

· Conduct workshops and training sessions for customers and internal staff.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of server and storage technologies.

· Support post-sales teams with solution handover and technical guidance.

Required Skills and Competencies

Strong technical knowledge of server and storage platforms (HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Huawei, Nutanix, VMware).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to prepare detailed technical documentation.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Team-oriented with leadership potential.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

3+ years in pre-sales engineering or solution design for enterprise server and storage solutions.
