Project Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing communication system replacement, hardware installation, HVAC/ACMV systems, and other engineering projects, including project coordination, quotation preparation, and site supervision.

• Lead and manage communication system, HVAC/ACMV systems, hardware installation & testing and commissioning, and upgrading projects from planning to completion.
• Plan project schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and site activities.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare quotations, cost estimates, BOQs, and project budgets.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and technicians to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise installation, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning works.
• Monitor project costs, prepare variation quotations, and ensure projects meet targeted profit margins
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, method statements, risk assessments, testing and commissioning reports, and as-built documentation
• Resolve technical and site-related issues to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to specifications.

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience in project engineering, communication systems, HVAC/ACMV systems, or engineering services is preferred.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
• Good technical, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and supervise site activities.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.
