Aufgaben

Selbstständige Arbeit mit und Administration von IT/OT-Infrastrukturen (Server, Clients, Netzwerke, Virtualisierungsumgebungen, OT Systemen) zur Durchführung von Projekten und Wartungsarbeiten
Direkte Unterstützung bei der Fehlersuche und Problemlösung auf System-, Applikations- und Netzwerkebene in enger Abstimmung mit Automation Engineers, Global IT und Lieferanten
Durchführung von Korrektur- und Präventivmaßnahmen zur Verbesserung der OT/IT-Infrastruktur und Systemstabilität
Unterstützung und Durchführung der Wartungsaktivitäten (Patch-Management, Updates) in Bezug auf alle lokalen IT/OT-Systeme
Unterstützung der Inbetriebnahmeaktivitäten aus Sicht der Systemtechnik (z. B. Bereitstellung von Servern, Netzwerkanbindungen für Erweiterungs- oder Modernisierungsprojekte)
Erstellung verschiedener System-Dokumente im Lebenszyklus (System-Design-Spezifikation, IT-Architektur-Diagramme, Arbeitsanweisungen) und Sicherstellung deren Aktualität im GMP-Umfeld
Monitoring, Incident Management und Lebenszyklusmanagement der Server-Infrastruktur (inkl. User Management / Active Directory, Backup Management und Audit Trail Reviews)
Regelmäßige Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit dem IT-Team
Mitwirkung / Mitentwicklung von Digitalen Strategien und Konzepten

Profil

Abgeschlossene Aus- oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Informatik, Systemtechnik, IT-Infrastruktur oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
Professionelle Berufserfahrung im Bereich System Engineering / IT-Administration/ Automation Engineering
Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Administration von Server-Betriebssystemen (Windows/Linux), und Netzwerktechnik (LAN, VLAN, Firewalls), OT-Systemen
Berufserfahrung im streng regulierten Umfeld, von Vorteil im GxP Umfeld oder IVD Bereich
Berufserfahrung in der IT/OT-Projektarbeit von Vorteil
Gute Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich
Fachübergreifendes Know-How an der Schnittstelle IT und Produktion (Industrie 4.0, Operational Technology / OT)
Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und analytische Herangehensweise bei komplexen Systemstörungen
Hinterfragen konventioneller Denkmuster im IT-Betrieb
