What You’ll Do
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Manage and optimise the e-commerce subscription product including tiers, pricing, bundles and promotion mechanics.
- Develop and execute product and marketing strategies to drive growth.
- Manage social media, campaigns, and e-commerce content.
- Oversee product listings, promotions, and campaign materials.
- Guide junior executives and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- Monitor performance and provide insights to management.
- Identify opportunities to improve product and business performance.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and campaign strategy.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with strong analytical skills.
