Navex provides ethics, compliance and risk management software that helps organisations build safer, more ethical workplaces and give people a voice. It hires web developers, customer experience managers and customer support specialists in London, Bengaluru, Charlotte and Lake Oswego. The company is based in the United States.

At NAVEX, we’re transforming the world—making it safer, more ethical, and ensuring every voice is heard. That’s real impact.

Our high-performance culture is driven by our values.  We move with speed, passion and purpose — as one team. We are bold in our ideas, accountable in our actions, and committed to doing the right things right.

The Strategy & Transformation Manager combines analytical insight with execution leadership. You will flex across enterprise priorities — roughly 60% strategy and analytics, 40% transformation delivery. Partnering with leaders across the Strategy & Transformation team, you will drive strategic analyses, business cases, performance insights and executive materials, while also structuring and leading defined transformation initiatives that translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

You’ll thrive in this hybrid role surrounded by an engaged, collaborative team deeply committed to your success.  Join us and help shape what’s next!

What you’ll get:

Meaningful Purpose. Your work helps organisations operate with integrity and protect their people—at a scale few companies can match.

High-Performance Environment. We move with urgency, set ambitious goals, and expect excellence. You’ll be trusted with real ownership and supported to do the best work of your career.

Candid, Supportive Culture. We communicate openly, challenge ideas—not people—and value teammates who embrace bold thinking and continuous improvement.

Growth That Matters. You can count on authentic feedback, strong accountability, and leaders invested in your success so you can achieve real growth.

Rewards for Results. We provide clear, competitive compensation designed to recognise measurable outcomes and real impact.

What you’ll do:

Build the market, customer, financial and operational analyses that underpin our enterprise strategy

Develop business and investment cases — sizing opportunities, testing assumptions and quantifying the value at stake

Translate analysis into clear recommendations, making the reasoning, trade-offs and risks explicit

Track performance against strategic goals and KPIs, surfacing trends, gaps and required actions

Partner with the Director, Strategic Operations on planning cycles, market scanning and CSO priorities

Structure and lead defined transformation initiatives from mobilisation through to delivered outcome

Establish the work plans, governance, milestones and success measures that turn strategy into execution

Manage risks, dependencies and cross-functional decisions, escalating early to keep delivery on track

Keep stakeholders aligned through clear executive updates and hold teams accountable for follow-through

What you’ll bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field (MBA preferred)

5+ years of relevant experience, including 2–3 years in management consulting (McKinsey/Bain/BCG/Kearney/Deloitte/EY-Parthenon), private equity, venture capital or corporate strategy

Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including financial modelling and comfort with incomplete data

Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses, workstreams and decisions

Programme and project management capability — work planning, governance, risk and dependency management

Experience influencing and aligning stakeholders across functions without formal authority

Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to make complex analysis clear to senior audiences

Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and follow-through

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, familiarity with business intelligence tools, and interest in B2B SaaS

Culture Agility. Comfort working in a fast-paced, candid environment that values innovation, healthy debate, and follow-through

AI Readiness. Curiosity and willingness to use AI and emerging technologies to elevate your work and deliver smarter outcomes

Fuel performance and outcomes. Leverage your job competencies and champion NAVEX’s core values

Our side of the deal:

We’ll be clear, we’ll move fast, and we’ll invest in your success. You deserve to be supported, challenged, and rewarded for the impact you make—and we commit to doing that every step of the way.

The starting pay for this role is 85,000 GBP. Discover how you can grow, lead, and make an impact by visiting our career page to learn more. NAVEX is an equal opportunity employer committed to including individuals of all backgrounds, including those with disabilities and veteran status.
