NCR Voyixis seekinga dedicated and experienced Employee and LaborRelations professional to join our team in Mexico City, andsupport the LATAM region. Senior Employee and LaborRelations Specialist is responsible for andimplementing and enhancing employee relations and laborrelations policies and procedures that drive business results. They serve as a liaison between the HR department and the business side of the company, providing guidance on laborpolicies, performance management, employee relations, and organizational change initiatives. This role involves coaching managers on effective expertisepractices and ensuring compliance with laborregulations.
Position Summary:
Collaborate with leaders and managers to implement employee and laborrelations policies that support business objectives.
Provideprofessional advice on labormatters to leaders and managers.
Facilitate performance management processes and support organizational change initiatives.
Ensure compliance with laborregulations and company policies.
Monitor and measure existing laborrelations procedures and policies.
Coach managers on effective practices.
Lead and manage employee relations programs, ensuring alignment with company policies andLATAMlaborregulations.
Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and grievances, providing fair and timelyresolutions.
Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases and prepare reports for senior management.
Experience working in a union environment.
Handle escalated issues within HR Shared Services that cannot be resolved by HR Representatives, providing overall HR support to employees and managers. This includes all matters under the support of HR that are not resolved in Tier I.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a relatedfield.
12+years of experience in employee and laborrelations or a similar HR role.
In-depth knowledge of LATAMlaborlaws and regulations.
Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiencyin HR software and data analysis tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation preferred
