Senior Account Executive

Job Description:

• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of new-logo enterprise opportunities in France
• Own and develop a personal portfolio of target accounts among large French corporations
• Conduct proactive outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate executive-level meetings and new opportunities
• Develop and execute account strategies to win business with large, strategic customers
• Partner with Marketing on targeted campaigns and represent Neptune at French industry events and trade shows
• Build trusted relationships with decision-makers up to C-level
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations with Solution Consulting support
• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from discovery through negotiation to closing
• Apply MEDDPIC or a similar sales methodology
• Provide customer and market feedback to refine the go-to-market approach
• Contribute to the France regional business plan alongside the Team Lead

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally SaaS or digital transformation solutions
• Proven track record of consistently closing large, complex enterprise deals, with a genuine hunter mentality for new logo generation
• Good level of French and English, both spoken and written
• Working knowledge of MEDDPIC or another structured enterprise sales methodology
• Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers up to C-level in large, global organizations
• Familiarity with AI and Agentic AI concepts, including enterprise workflow automation and orchestration across SAP and non-SAP environments
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented, with flexibility to take on different roles as needed
• Based in Paris, with ability to travel regularly across France
• Deep knowledge of the French enterprise software market
• Experience navigating long, complex B2B sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with the SAP ecosystem and/or application development, low-code, or rapid application development platforms
• Experience selling to large corporations and enterprise-scale organizations
• Proficiency in CRM and sales tools
• Comfortable building and owning a personal portfolio of target companies from scratch
