We’re excited to offer an opportunity for Jnr. Dev & Data Analytics Specialist to join our Development & Data Analytics team.
With you we will:
Create Power BI Dashboards using DAX, Power Query, and data models;
Maintain Power BI dashboards and other analytical reports to ensure data integrity;
Write and optimize SQL/Snowflake queries for data extraction and reporting;
Support citizen development of Python-based automation scripts and data pipelines;
Automate simple business reporting processes through KNIME or Power Automate flows;
Work with Jira for task tracking and updates statuses of incoming requests;
Communicate with stakeholders and different NBS departments to collect proper data related to the projects;
Provide support to the partners as the data analytics expert during relevant meetings; communicate with databases owners to ensure data delivery and/or issues resolution.
Key requirements:
University degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or Business; a background in BI, databases, or analytics is an advantage;
At least 1 year of analytical, BI development, or data-related experience (internship or academic project counts);
Skilled in Microsoft Power BI, Power Query (Basic knowledges of DAX and SQL), Strong knowledge of Excel (VBA strongly preferred);
Good analytical skills and attentive to details;
Preferable:
Power Automate or KNIME;
Basic knowledge of Agile concepts and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban is a plus;
Python: basic scripting for data manipulation (pandas, openpyxl, or similar libraries)
English level: Intermediate / Upper-Intermediate, sufficient for effective verbal communication with international business stakeholders.
