The Product and Master Data team maintains the trusted product information that supports day-to-day operations, customer publication flows and the continued development of digital ways of working across Purina Europe.

Your impact

You will turn product data into a dependable foundation for commercial, supply chain and factory activity. By coordinating end-to-end data set-up, resolving issues and improving ways of working, you will help teams launch, manage and retire products effectively while supporting Purina’s wider data and digital ambitions.

  • Operational delivery: Coordinate product and component master data across the lifecycle so assigned markets and factories receive accurate information when they need it.
  • Data quality: Protect the integrity of product, recipe, bill of materials and publication data through effective controls, cleansing, audits and health checks.
  • Customer enablement: Support reliable product information flows to internal teams, customers and relevant external agencies, helping information reach downstream channels accurately and on time.

  • Continuous improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate data processes, improving speed, quality and efficiency across markets and factories.
  • Problem solving: Bring together the right technical and business stakeholders to diagnose issues, agree actions and restore effective data flows.
  • Project contribution: Represent Master Data in business and data projects, manage testing and delivery activities, and communicate progress, risks and support needs clearly.

Your ingredients for success

You will combine practical master data capability with a collaborative approach and the confidence to work across functions, markets and factories. Please note, you do not need to meet every desirable criterion to apply; we welcome relevant transferable capability and potential.

Other preferred criteria:

  • Master data: Experience of managing master data or product data within an operational environment.
  • ERP capability: Practical knowledge of ERP systems, including the ability to manage and investigate data within SAP or a comparable platform.
  • Data quality: Ability to apply data standards, governance and quality controls with a methodical approach and attention to detail.
