NewGen is a social-first creator and influencer marketing agency with around 100 people across Manchester, London, New York, Copenhagen and Paris. We build creator campaigns and always-on social content for some of the world's biggest brands, and we're now growing our presence across Germany and the wider DACH region.

The role

We're looking for a bilingual Influencer Marketing Executive to sit at the heart of our campaign delivery across the UK and DACH. You'll source, negotiate with, and contract creators, then manage those campaigns day to day with clients, making sure every activation lands on brief, on time, and on budget.

This is a brilliant role for someone with 1 to 3 years of influencer or creator marketing experience who wants to work across two of Europe's most exciting markets, with real ownership from day one.

What you'll do

• Identify and source creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitch for UK and DACH campaigns
• Lead negotiations with creators and their management on fees, deliverables, usage, and exclusivity
• Draft, issue, and manage creator contracts, keeping paperwork accurate and compliant in both markets
• Manage campaigns end to end with clients: briefing creators, reviewing content, managing feedback and approvals, and keeping everything on schedule
• Act as a day-to-day contact for clients across the UK and DACH, communicating confidently in English and German
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies in both markets
• Track budgets, deliverables, and campaign timelines across multiple live projects
• Support reporting and wrap-ups: gathering content performance data and pulling together results decks
• Stay on top of platform trends, creator culture, and advertising regulations in the UK and DACH (ASA, Medienstaatsvertrag, ad labeling requirements)
• Support new business with creator research, costings, and market insight for the German market

Who you are

• Fluent in both English and German, written and spoken, and comfortable negotiating and presenting in both
• 1 to 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, social media, or talent management (agency or in-house)
• A confident negotiator who is comfortable talking money, usage, and deliverables with creators and managers
• Highly organized, able to run multiple campaigns at once without dropping details
• A strong communicator who builds trust quickly with clients and creators alike
• Obsessed with social platforms and creator culture in both the UK and German-speaking markets
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial agency environment

Nice to have

• Experience working on campaigns across the DACH region
• Knowledge of German influencer marketing regulations and ad labeling standards
• Experience with influencer platforms and tools (e.g. CreatorIQ, Tagger, or similar)
• Interest or experience in gaming, sport, or entertainment content
