Tech stack of Network Contracting
We are currently building our IT talent database and are looking to connect with experienced Azure Cloud Engineers for current and future opportunities. We are particularly interested in professionals with hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure, cloud infrastructure, networking, identity, monitoring and deployment automation. This is an opportunity to register your profile with us so that your cloud engineering experience can be considered for suitable opportunities as they become available. If you enjoy designing, deploying and supporting modern cloud environments, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, configure, deploy and support Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and services.

- Manage Azure resources including Virtual Machines, App Services, Storage, networking and identity services.

- Monitor cloud environments, troubleshoot incidents and support availability, performance, security and cost optimisation.

- Implement access controls, backup, disaster recovery and operational best practices.

Support cloud migrations and automate deployments using infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD tools.

Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education

- Relevant degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cloud Computing or a related field is advantageous.

- Microsoft Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305 or AZ-204 will be advantageous.

- Relevant cloud, networking or infrastructure certifications will be advantageous.

- Additional information security qualifications will be advantageous

Experience

- Typically 4+ years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure or systems administration.

- Practical hands-on experience administering and implementing Microsoft Azure services.

- Experience with Azure networking, identity and access management, monitoring, backup and security controls.

- Experience with cloud migration, automation and production troubleshooting will be highly advantageous.

Skills

- Microsoft Azure services, including Virtual Machines, App Service, Storage and Azure networking.

- Networking fundamentals, VNets, subnets, DNS, connectivity and identity/RBAC.

- Monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, security and cloud cost management.

- PowerShell or scripting, CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Bicep, ARM or Terraform.
