DevOps / Platform Engineer

We are currently building our IT talent database and are looking to connect with experienced DevOps and Platform Engineers for current and future opportunities. We are particularly interested in professionals with experience in CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, containers, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring and platform reliability. Key Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure and platform services using infrastructure-as-code.
• Support containerised applications and orchestration platforms in development and production.
• Implement monitoring, logging, security controls and operational practices to improve reliability.

Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education

• A degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field is advantageous.
• Relevant Azure, AWS, Kubernetes or DevOps certifications will be advantageous.
• Infrastructure-as-code or automation training will be beneficial.
• Hands-on platform engineering experience is highly valued.

Experience

• Typically 4+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, cloud infrastructure or automation.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Experience with cloud platforms, containers and infrastructure-as-code.
• Monitoring, scripting, release management and production support experience will be highly advantageous.

Skills

• CI/CD pipeline design and automation.
• Azure or AWS, Docker and Kubernetes or similar container technologies.
• Terraform, Bicep, ARM or other infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Scripting, monitoring, logging, security and incident troubleshooting.
