This is a hands-on Financial Manager role combining team leadership, factory support, costing, inventory control and group reporting. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the finance function and monthly reporting
Manage costing, inventory controls and stock counts
Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
Partner with factory management to improve performance
Support group consolidations, audits and financial controls

Job Experience & Skills Required:

BCom Accounting or equivalent
5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
Previous finance team management experience
Strong costing, inventory and stock control knowledge
Experience with budgets, management accounts and reporting
Strong IFRS, audit and internal control knowledge
Advanced Excel, analytical skills and commercial acumen
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
