A leading manufacturing business is seeking a commercially minded Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for turning numbers into meaningful business insights. The ideal candidate needs to be available immediately or have a short notice period.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts
Conduct detailed financial and operational analysis
Manage standard costing processes and variance reporting
Monitor inventory reporting and controls
Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making
Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow analysis
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability
Partner with operational teams to drive business performance

Minimum Requirements:

Accounting/Finance Degree
CIMA qualification advantageous
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
Advanced Excel skills
