Tax Specialist

• Oversee tax compliance activities across multiple Francophone African jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
• Review and manage corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and payroll tax obligations.
• Lead tax audits, liaise with revenue authorities, and coordinate external advisors and in-country finance teams.
• Provide practical tax guidance and support to business and finance stakeholders across the region.
• Drive tax governance, risk management, process improvements, and consistency across the Francophone portfolio.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Proven experience in tax compliance and tax management across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of corporate tax, indirect taxes, tax accounting, and tax risk management.
• Fluency in both French and English is essential.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines.
