Minimum Requirements

Bcomm Degree
2-5 years of relevant financial experience.
Previous hospitality industry experience is essential.
Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Oversee financial performance across multiple properties.
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts and financial reports.
Analyse hotel performance, identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct site visits to review financial performance and engage with operational teams.
Monitor costs, revenue and key financial indicators.
Provide management with actionable insights to support business decisions.
Strengthen financial controls and improve reporting processes.
