Senior Finance Manager

My client, a well-established and growing manufacturing company based in the East Rand, is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Manager to join their leadership team. This is a highly visible role that offers the opportunity to partner closely with executive management, drive financial performance, and shape the strategic direction of the business. The Senior Finance Manager will oversee the full finance function, lead a high-performing team, and provide critical commercial and operational insights that support sustainable growth within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth and profitability.
• Oversee financial reporting and compliance, including management accounts, annual financial statements, tax, and audits.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risks to ensure the business remains financially healthy.
• Drive profitability and operational efficiency through costing, margin analysis, and strategic business partnering.
• Lead and develop the finance team while providing commercial insights and recommendations to Exco and key stakeholders.

• CA(SA)
• 5 years post articles experience
• People management
• Experience working in the manufacturing industry
