  • Prepare execution-ready 2D Shop Drawings and complex structural/architectural details for aluminium doors, windows, curtain walls, structural glazing and skylights.

  • Generate precise, zero-waste Optimization/Cutting Sheets and daily Production Orders (Cutting Tickets).

  • Fabricate orders for aluminium, curtain wall, cladding, doors, and windows.

  • Prepare final As-Built drawings reflecting all on-site and factory modifications.

  • Perform accurate material take-offs (profiles, glass specs) from tender drawings, approved shop drawings, and actual site progress.

  • Analyse BOQs, tender documents, and specifications to build accurate unit rate estimations and detailed pricing models.

  • Request, evaluate, and compare price quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

  • Prepare monthly Client Progress Invoices based on verified site accomplishments and contract BOQs.

  • Review, verify, and process Subcontractor/Workshop Payment Applications.

  • Identify scope changes, prepare Variation Orders (VOs), and evaluate their financial impacts for client approval.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Arch or Civil Engineering

  • From 2– 4 years of proven technical office experience specializing in Aluminium & Glass systems 

Computer and programs Skills:

The candidate should have hands on the following programs: -

  • AutoCAD

  • Orgadata Logikal

  • Microsoft Office
