AtNexerCzechRepublic,wearecurrentlylookingforanexperiencedSeniorBusiness Consultant tojoinaninternationalteamdeliveringbusiness-criticalITsolutionsforgloballogisticsandfreight-forwardingoperations.

As a Senior Business Consultant, you will play a key role in gathering, analyzing, consolidating, and transforming business requirements into clear requirements, user stories, and epics for developmentteams.Youwillworkcloselywithbusinessstakeholders,projectmanagers,architects,anddevelopmentteamstoensuresuccessfuldeliveryofsoftwareprojectsusingbothAgile(Scrum)andWaterfallmethodologies.

Inaddition,youwillhelpshapebestpracticesinrequirementsmanagement,mentorjuniorcolleagues,anddrivecontinuousimprovementacrossprojects.

Tasks

• Gather,analyze,anddocumentbusinessrequirements.

• Translate business needs into user stories, requirements, andepics.

• Supportprojectinitiationactivities,includingeffortestimationandsolutiondefinition.

• Facilitateworkshops,requirementclarificationsessions,andstakeholdermeetings.

• CollaboratecloselywithProjectManagers,Architects,Developers,andbusinessstakeholders.

• Ownandmaintainrequirementsthroughouttheprojectlifecycle.

• ManageandmaintaindocumentationinJiraandConfluence.

• Monitorscopechangesandassesstheirimpactonprojectdelivery.

• Supportrisk,dependency,andissuemanagement.

• Contributetodatamodeldesignandsolutiondefinition.

• SupportUX/UIdiscussionsandpreparelow-fidelitywireframeswhenrequired.

• PromoteefficientuseofAItoolsandagentsinday-to-daywork.

• Coachandmentorjuniorconsultants.

• Contributetointernaltrainingsandconsultingbestpractices.

RequiredSkills

• Based in Czechia

• Advanced spoken and written EN communications skills (level B2 (Upper-Intermediate)/C1 (Advanced))

• University degree in any field (preferred is computer science or business administration)

• Strong experience with MS Office usage (especially DOC, XLS, PPT, MPP)

• Practical experience & knowledge of Agile project management (SCRUM method)

• Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language

• Strong negotiating skills & emotional intelligence

• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

• Ability to understand and cooperate on UX/UI; ability to prepare at minimum low fidelity wireframes for parts of UI.

• Skills to use AI tools and agents to work in a more efficient way
