AI Business Trainer

Position Overview
NiMo Solutions is seeking an AI Business Trainer to teach Cambodian entrepreneurs and SME teams how to use AI in day-to-day business. The role emphasizes hands-on demonstrations, guided practice, and measurable learner outcomes rather than tool-only lectures.

* Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver practical AI training in Khmer, in person and/or online.
- Develop lesson materials, live demonstrations, exercises, and step-by-step learner guides.
- Teach AI use cases for marketing content, customer research, sales conversations, customer support, and operational reporting.
- Demonstrate suitable generative AI tools and workflows for Cambodian SMEs.
- Help learners apply AI to their own businesses during workshops and assignments.
- Review learner work, provide feedback, and troubleshoot common adoption challenges.
- Collect learner feedback and collaborate with the Education Lead to improve the course.
- Keep training content current and promote responsible handling of business/customer data.

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in applied AI, digital training, digital marketing, automation, or a related field.
- Practical proficiency with generative AI tools and prompt design.
- Ability to demonstrate useful AI workflows for at least one business function: marketing, sales, customer service, or operations.
- Strong presentation and teaching skills for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to teach clearly in Khmer; working English communication skills.

- Probation salary (full-time): USD 350–450/month
- Regular salary (full-time): USD 450–600/month

* Preferred
- Previous training, workshop, or public-speaking experience.
- Experience with AI agents or no-code workflow automation.
- Portfolio of real business AI projects or demonstrations.
- Experience creating instructional videos and reusable learning resources.
