1. Position Overview
NiMo Solutions is seeking an experienced and consultative Sales professional to help Cambodian businesses understand and adopt AI solutions.
This role goes beyond traditional product selling.
The Sales Consultant must first understand the customer’s business, challenges and current processes before recommending an appropriate NiMo product or AI solution.
2. Key Responsibilities
Lead Management
• Receive and respond to incoming leads from advertising, website, social media, referrals and Business Development.
• Follow up leads promptly.
• Record customer information and sales activity in the company’s CRM or tracking system.
Customer Discovery
• Ask structured questions to understand:
o Business model.
o Existing workflow.
o Number of staff.
o Current challenges.
o Marketing and sales processes.
o Repetitive work.
o Potential opportunities for AI and automation.
• Qualify whether the prospect is a good fit.
Consultation & Demonstration
• Explain NiMo products clearly.
• Conduct product demonstrations.
• Present relevant use cases.
• Recommend the appropriate product or solution.
• Explain business value rather than only product features.
Sales Conversion
• Prepare quotations and proposals when required.
• Handle customer objections.
• Follow up systematically.
• Negotiate within authorized company policies.
• Close deals and confirm payment.
• Coordinate customer handover after sale.
Customer & Market Feedback
• Track reasons customers buy or do not buy.
• Report common objections and requirements.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or additional AI services.
• Share customer feedback with Marketing and AI Solutions teams.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales preferred.
• Experience selling technology, software, services, education, digital products or B2B solutions is highly preferred.
• Strong Khmer communication.
• Working English communication.
• Strong presentation and listening skills.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners.
• Strong follow-up discipline.
• Able to use CRM, spreadsheets and digital communication tools.
• Interested in AI and technology.
• Willing to continuously learn new NiMo products and AI solutions.
