1. 2027届硕士及以上学历，电子类、通信类、光电类、自动化等相关专业

2. 985院校及以上优先

3. 有扎实的电路相关知识基础，精通模数电，有电子设计大赛经验或产品电路设计相关实习经验者优先

4. 熟练使用电路测量仪表，会使用绘图软件进行原理图设计

5. 具备优秀的逻辑思维能力，工作严谨、认真负责

6. 英语CET-6及以上
