現在0→1フェーズのVTuberアバター作成アプリ[『**Avvy**』](https://avvy.live/)のAndroidアプリケーションの開発業務を担当していただきます。

アニメ・漫画など、日本のオタク文化に興味のある、Androidエンジニアを探しております！

初期フェーズのAndroidエンジニアとして、一緒にアバターサービスを作り上げていきませんか？

## 具体的な業務内容

- Androidアプリ開発のリードおよびネイティブ化の推進

- 開発で利用する基盤実装やライブラリなどの開発

- プロダクトの品質向上のための技術選定及び新技術の導入

- ユーザーに寄り添う、UI/UXを考慮した開発

- 経営陣、プロダクトオーナー、デザインチームと密接な連携

## 開発環境

- 言語: Kotlin

- UI: Jetpack Compose

- アーキテクチャ: MVVM + UseCase + Repository

- UseCaseとRepositoryはKotlin Multiplatform Mobileで実装

- タスク管理: GitHub、Linear

- Material Designへの深い理解

- Firebase（特にFirestore）の使用経験

想定年収 500〜1,100万円（※現年収、経験・スキルに応じて決定）

Work hours

- フルフレックス制（コアタイム11:00〜16:00）

- オフィス出社想定（適宜リモート制度あり）

- オフィス近郊に限り、家賃補助・引越し補助あり

- 完全週休2日制（土・日）、祝祭日

- 年次有給休暇：雇用契約締結日を起算日として6ヶ月後に10日付与、以後は初回付与日から1年ごとに労働基準法その他の法令に従って付与

- 冬季休暇：12/29 - 1/3
